The roots of Hip Hop are found in African American music. Their style is similar to those of rappers. Rapping is a primary ingredient in hip hop music. There are many Hip Hop artists like Eminem, Lil Wayne, and 50 Cent. Some people are fractious about this kind of music because they think it is scurrilous and sleazy.

Hip Hop rappers rhyme words and have really good beats. A lot of parties and clubs use this music for dancing. A lot of people like rap because of the beats to the songs, some to express feelings about their lives. It is very popular and rappers who sell cds make a lot of money. There are many kinds of Hip Hop. Gansta rap is a harder type of Hip Hop that concentrates on the struggle of surviving in the streets of cities and is sometimes controversial because it includes references to sex and violence.
