Life Starts Now, A Music Review By Nick Wadleigh

Recently, the new Three Days grace CD, Life starts now, was released and so far I’ve heard mixed opinions on it. Personally, I’ve always been a TDG fan, and their new album definitely supports that. They kept their original sound and even added in a few solos. The name, Life starts Now, refers to recent events that happened to more than one of the band members. Drummer Neil Sanderson said, “Things have been fairly traumatic for more then one of us. We’ve all had to confront death on different levels, we’ve had family go through health problems, so life starts now definitely reflects that feeling of redefining what life is.” The most commonly known song from their new album is, Break, and as Adam Gontier said, it’s about breaking away from your environment and breaking away from being told what to do and living the life you want to live. It’s a great song and the first song I heard off their new album. Three Days Grace’s new album lives up to the expectations.
