There are some similar activities at both Indian and U.S high schools. For example schools in both countries have school newspaper, and school dances. Also both countries have fieldhocky teams.
On the other hand U.S Schools are very different from Indian Schools. For one thing they offer many more activities than Indian Schools. In the U.S there are many more sports teams,such as basketball, football, baseball, skiing, swimming,and soccer. In India, however, we play Cricket and volleyball. In India teachers have extra classes after School, for students that need more help. In the U.S If you need help, you just go ask the teachers a quastion. A major difference is that U.S schools have activities like proms and bonfires, while Indian schools do not. There are a lot of differences between U.S and Indian high Schools.
